Wellness Day 2010's theme was "Weight Management: Conscious Eating and Conscious Living." It was held at Educational Testing Service on November 20th from 8 AM to 3 PM.

This year we held a 50/50 Raffle. First, second and third place winners were drawn. The raffle winners were:

The fourth annual Women's Wellness Day, held on Saturday October 20th, was a tremendous success. In all 235 women and men participated in the event at Educational Testing Service campus in Princeton NJ.

Dr. Michelle Blackwood spoke on The Ten Best Ways to Save your Life. Other speakers included Dr. Kate Thomsen on Vitamins and Supplements, Dr. Roderick Kaughmann, Dr. Mohammed Siddique on Sleep Disorders and Dr. Delores Williams on ObGyn and Menopause.

Twenty eight exhibitors featured a diverse array of products and services.  Health screenings  and information on diabetes, breast cancer and cardiovascular were provided by our sponsor Princeton HealthCare System. We want to thank our sponsors, advertisers and donors for their support and participation.
