Save this date for the 2010 annual Women’s Wellness Day. This year's theme is "Weight Management: Conscious Eating and Conscious Living." It will be held at Educational Testing Service on November 20th from 8 AM to 3 PM. If you are interested in being an exhibitor, sponsor or advertiser, contact Sue Methot at info@hearttohearts.org.
The Wellness Day Committee is looking for volunteers to help us plan this year's event. Committee meetings will be held at 7 p.m. at the Wellness Center, 20 Armour Ave, Hamilton, NJ - meeting schedule: August 11, September 15, 22 and 29. October 6, 14, 20 and 27 and Nov 3,10 and 17.
