Nutrition Support Groups

Vitamins and Supplements
This class teaches the benefits of taking vitamins, minerals and the proper use of supplements to fulfill your daily requirements. You will learn how to identify natural food sources that will help avoid nutritional deficiencies and the safe and proper use of supplements. Conscious Eating Classes
